1. Delivery Zones
We offer delivery services to a wide range of locations. Please refer to our website or contact our customer support team for information on specific delivery zones and the associated delivery charges.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Deliveries are only done on Thursdays and Saturdays. Whereas either day is a public holiday, deliveries will be made prior or after such public holiday. Our team reserves the rights not to delivery in areas deemed unsafe. Clients will be notified accordingly and will have the option to collect their orders are our pick up location.
Deliveries are not done on public holidays neither on Sundays.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery is offered on orders $7,500.00 (Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town). Areas outside of Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town will be informed of the delivery rate accordingly.
See Delivery Cost:
- Kingston & St. Andrew - J$500.00
- Portmore - $600.00
- Spanish Town - $700.00
- For other locations, a customer representative will advise accordingly
4. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery team will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team will make a second attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your order may be returned to our warehouse.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products for any damage or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery, providing details and, if possible, photos of the concern. We will promptly address the matter.
6. Change of Address
If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that address changes may impact delivery timeframes and may incur additional fees.
